A Kiowa County community received funding recently from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board to finance a major capital improvement project.
Roseburg resumes its Pine Street water main replacement on Monday, bringing weekday lane closures as crews upgrade aging pipes and install new hydrants. Work is expected to finish by early summer.
