The press conference comes after the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) announced Thursday that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) barred the agency from viewing evidence and case files in connection with 37-year-old Renee Good's death. Good was shot by an ICE agent, identified as Jonathan Ross, in Minneapolis Wednesday morning.
